Standard Materials
• 1. 6" x 8" Pine sill starter log (Lapped).
• All 6"x 12" West Coast Hemlock exterior log walls and interior walls if specified. Logs have precision cut dovetail corners, grooved for Styro-Seal insulation system, and then hewn or planed to your specifications. Logs are drilled for electrical wiring and for 12" spikes for all dovetail corners. No logs are spliced under 40' in length unless necessary.
• Styro-Seal Insulation. All 6"x 12" wall logs are grooved at top and bottom for 3"x 5"x 8" rigid EPS insulation strips (included). 1/2" Styroseal also included.
• 2"x 6" Slotted jamb and settlement jack system.
• 6"x 12" Girders where applicable for 4"x 8" overhead beams. Larger girders available.
• Pine 4"x 8" Ceiling Beams spaced at 30" O.C. and notched.
• Pine 4"x 6" Gable End Filler Logs for one-story structures.
• Porch Posts and Girder Support Posts of 6"x 6" pine.
• Porch Beams and Porch End Struts of 4"x 8" pine.
• Porch Rafters 48" O.C. of 4"x 8" pine.
• 6"x 12" Mantels and Brackets where fireplace is shown.
• Flexible Chinking Material in colors of your choice.
• 12" Spikes for dovetail corners, re-bar alignment rods and 3"x 5" load bearing blocks as needed.
• Four sets of blueprints for standard or custom models.
• Deluxe Roof Truss System: 4"x 8" Pine timbers that are Mortise and Tenon with collar beams, tongue and fork roof peaks, drilled and pegged with hardwood pegs. All members are precut at our plant. Return to top

Erection
Write or call StoneMill Log Homes for a quote on erecting your log package. This would include installation of all sill logs, log walls, girders, ceiling beams, 3" Styro-Seal insulation between each log, load bearing blocks, alignment rods, settlement system and deluxe roof truss system.
